Community Impact Officer

Noel is a Community Impact Officer at BK Foundation, he is responsible for providing oversight for the community funding cycles including program management, grant funding, reporting and evaluation processes and serving as an active connection between the BK Foundation and external partner NGOs. Noel has an experience in non-governmental organizations and government mainly in industrial liaising, communication and project management, he worked with Sos children’s villages in Rwanda, Bildungswerk der Baden-Württembergischen Wirtschaft e. V(BIWE) Rwanda polytechnic (IPRC- Gishari) and volunteered at the united nations, and at translators without borders. He holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali and an MA in trans-border languages and intercultural communication from the Pan-African university in Cameroon.

Ingrid Karangwayire

Executive Secretary

Ms. Ingrid Karangwayire is the Executive Secretary of the BK Foundation, where she leads the Foundation towards achieving its operational and strategic goals. Ingrid has years of extensive experience in Foundation Management mainly in Donor management, Resource Mobilization, Business Development, Economic Empowerment, and Project Management. She joins BK Foundation after occupying a number of leadership positions at the Imbuto Foundation, where she served for seven years as the Head of the Resource Mobilization and Partnership Department. Ingrid holds a Master’s degree from the University of Gloucestershire in Business Management with a focus on International Business. She is very passionate about community development and people centered approaches, most importantly the social welfare development of her country, Rwanda.
